Role Description The Senior Social Media Executive will lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies across platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves managing social media calendars, creating and supervising content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns), and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
The role includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with design, content, and strategy teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing goals.

Executive will also stay updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to improve results. Direct interaction with clients or internal stakeholders to present ideas, reports, and social media plans will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan and execute effective platform-specific strategies.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including ideation, copywriting, and basic understanding of visual storytelling.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills to align social media activities with brand positioning, audience targeting, and campaign objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration, reporting, and client or stakeholder interaction.
- Relevant experience (typically 3–5 years) in managing social media for brands or agencies, with a proven track record of growth and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and performance reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
