a) Site Supervision & Execution:

- Oversee and inspect RCC work, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and curing processes. • Ensure all construction activities align with approved drawings, structural codes, and safety regulations. • Supervise the execution of finishing work, including plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, and other interior finishes. • Conduct quality checks at different construction stages, including shuttering, reinforcement binding, concrete pouring, and de-shuttering. • Ensure proper alignment, levels, and dimensions as per structural and architectural designs.

b) RCC & Structural Work Supervision:

- Ensure proper execution of RCC slabs, beams, columns, footings, and retaining walls. • Verify the quality and placement of reinforcement steel (rebar), formwork, and concrete mix before pouring. • Monitor the curing process to maintain structural strength and durability. • Coordinate with engineers and structural consultants for technical approvals and inspections.

c) Coordination & Reporting:

- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants,



and contractors to ensure seamless workflow. • Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the project management team. • Address site-related issues promptly and communicate solutions effectively. • Keep accurate records of labor deployment, material consumption, and work progress.

d) Safety, Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed in office, including PPE usage and scaffolding safety. • Conduct periodic safety and quality inspections and rectify any deviations. • Implement best practices for concrete testing, waterproofing, and material quality control. • Ensure compliance with building codes, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

e) Material Management & Cost Control:

- Ensure timely procurement, proper storage, and optimal utilization of construction materials. • Monitor usage of cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, and finishing materials to prevent wastage. • Verify material quality as per project requirements and reject substandard materials.
