Job Description: Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical process equipment as per SOPs.
- Handle reactors, pumps, valves, pipelines, and transfer operations.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, and other process parameters.
- Perform charging, discharging, filtration, and material handling activities.
- Follow batch manufacturing instructions and production schedules.
- Maintain production logs, batch records, and shift handover reports.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and plant housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with shift in-charge, production chemists, and maintenance teams.
- Report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, and safety concerns.
- Follow 5S, GMP, and EHS guidelines wherever applicable.
