Job Description:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 6 8 years of relevant experience in Fly Ash, Cement, RMC, Construction Materials, Building Materials or related industries.
- Prior experience in Fly Ash Sales / Marketing / Business Development will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of fly ash utilization and applications.
- Existing network with cement companies, RMC companies, infrastructure companies,
- AAC/block manufacturers and contractors will be an advantage.
- Solid business development and customer acquisition skills.
- Good negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, freight and profitability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.
