a)Technical Execution & Site Supervision



Scrutinize technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution at site.



Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layouts, including MEP services as applicable.



Provide technical guidance and supervision to contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.



Ensure daily site activities are carried out as per approved drawings, budgets, and project schedules.



Upkeep and ensure compliance with all technical requirements related to site works.

b)Planning, Scheduling & Progress Monitoring



Monitor daily progress of work and track adherence to timelines



Deploy manpower, staff, and workers effectively to achieve planned productivity.



Understand site material requirements and plan activities accordingly.



Prepare detailed work schedule in line with project deadlines



Prepare and submit daily progress report on a regular basis c)Quality Control & Safety Management



Ensure quality of materials and workmanship in line with approved standards and specifications.







Check materials received at site as per approved quality and technical parameters.



Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and protected working practices throughout the project duration.



Monitor execution activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

d)Billing, Measurements & Cost Control  Scrutinize contractors’ bills and verify quantities as per Bill of Quantities (BOQ).



Check measurements and certify contractors’ bills for accuracy and compliance.



Ensure billing is aligned with actual site progress and approved drawings.

e)Coordination & Documentation



Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of works.



Raise material requisitions in a timely manner based on approved drawings and site requirements.



Maintain proper records related to drawings, measurements, progress reports, material usage, and site activities.



Ensure accurate documentation and systematic record-keeping for future reference and audits.
