About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CRO Specialist who is highly experienced in A/B testing and experimentation to join our eCommerce business full-time.

This is not a design or development role. We need someone who has a proven track record of running high-volume A/B testing programs and improving conversion, AOV and revenue through systematic experimentation.

You will work directly with the founder across multiple high-volume Shopify brands.

Salary: $1,000 USD/month

Position: Full-Time | Remote

Commitment: Long-Term

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap
- Identify opportunities using analytics, customer behaviour and research
- Develop hypotheses and execute experiments across product pages, offers, pricing, bundles, landing pages and funnels
- Analyse test results and implement winning variations
- Continuously improve Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue Per Visitor and revenue
- Work with designers/developers to execute tests quickly
- Use tools such as GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, Triple Whale and similar platforms

Requirements
- Extensive hands-on A/B testing experience
- Proven measurable results from CRO experimentation
- Strong understanding of testing methodology, statistics and customer psychology
- Experience with high-volume / 7-figure+ eCommerce brands
- Highly analytical and data-driven




- Ability to turn data into transparent hypotheses and profitable experiments
