- 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM modules
- Expertise in REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integrations
- Good knowledge of Discovery and Service Mapping
- Robust scripting skills (JavaScript in ServiceNow)
- Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data normalization
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Asset, Configuration)
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues
