for Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with strong integration experience to lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations with third-party platforms. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, with hands-on experience in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations

•Implement and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with external systems (e.g. CMDB, HR, AD, monitoring tools).

•Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules

•Develop integration solutions using IntegrationHub, MID servers, webservices, and customer APIs.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions

•Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, system design, and security compliance

•Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release management





•Document solutions and create SOPs and technical design documents

•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

Required skills & Qualifications

•7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

•Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems

•Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

•Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, MID server, REST/SOAP APIs

•Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM or HRSD

•Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture

•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

•Experience with CMDB integrations with SCCM, Solarwinds, Qualys or anyother tools

•Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/DB for ServiceNow

•Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications

•Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

•Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

•Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering skills.
