Role Description:

The Senior Scientist will lead and execute complex scientific projects, including designing experimental plans, conducting laboratory work, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting scientific literature, developing methodologies and protocols, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The role involves supervising junior scientists or analysts, providing technical guidance, and reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.

The Senior

Scientist will prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients, and may participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and outcomes. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chandigarh, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Strong foundation in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of scientific results.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques relevant to the specific scientific domain (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field).
- Experience developing and optimizing protocols, methods, or assays in a research or industry setting.
- Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory guidelines, and good laboratory practices (GLP/GMP or equivalent, as applicable).
- Ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, technical documentation, and client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences), or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in an outsourced services, contract research, or consulting environment is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Chandigarh and collaborating with clients and colleagues in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
