Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C / Sales Cloud Consultant with robust expertise in C4C, CPI, BTP, and C4C Reporting. The candidate will work on global B2B CRM solutions and collaborate with international Agile/DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into end-to-end SAP C4C solution concepts.
- Act as an SME for SAP C4C / Sales Cloud throughout implementation and support.
- Design, configure, customize, and support C4C solutions.
- Work on CPI, BTP, Reporting, integrations, and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premise systems.
- Manage C4C Reporting, Territory, Dashboards, Data Replication,



Organization Structure, Transports, and Layout Adaptations.
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business teams, developers, project managers, and service providers.
- Follow Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban and use JIRA/Confluence.

Required Skills

- 7–9 years of relevant SAP C4C / Sales Cloud experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in C4C, CPI, BTP, and Reporting.
- Experience with B2B CRM processes and SAP Cloud/on-premise integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent in English.
