As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions while mentoring a small development team. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications focused on Sales Cloud and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and customize solutions on Sales Cloud with a focus on enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
- Develop modern, responsive UI components using LWC and related technologies.
- Work with Salesforce OmniStudio or Salesforce B2B Commerce to build industry-specific solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Collaborate with architects to define scalable application architecture and integration strategies.
- Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Solution Architects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in Salesforce application development.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations on Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio or Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Experience implementing common enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies, GitHub, and DevOps processes.
- Experience leading development teams and conducting technical code reviews.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Salesforce Architect Certifications are highly preferred.
