About the Role

MR AGRO PRODUCTS is looking for a Closing Manager with experience in sports nutrition, nutraceuticals and food ingredients.

The ideal candidate should understand product formulation as well as B2B sales and be able to convert customer requirements into profitable orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer formulation and ingredient requirements.
- Work with R&D;, procurement, founders and product-development teams.
- Recommend suitable ingredients and provide technical support.
- Handle qualified leads from enquiry to quotation, sample, trial and final order.
- Negotiate and close business within approved margins.
- Develop repeat business and cross-sell multiple ingredients.
- Build relationships with nutraceutical and sports-nutrition manufacturers.
- Track opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Share market feedback, customer requirements and competitor information with management.

Key Products

Knowledge of WPC, WPI, MPC, plant proteins, amino acids,



creatine, sweeteners, cocoa, vitamins & minerals, functional ingredients, stabilisers and other nutraceutical ingredients will be preferred.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in sports nutrition, nutraceuticals, food ingredients, dietary supplements or related industries.
- Solid understanding of nutraceutical/sports-nutrition formulations.
- Good communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience dealing with R&D;, procurement and business owners.
- Candidates with both formulation and commercial/sales experience will be strongly preferred.
- Graduate degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business or related field preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
