Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused, persuasive Senior Sales Executive to represent RJS Jewellers on the showroom floor. The candidate will drive sales across gold, diamond, and precious gemstone collections by delivering an exceptional buying experience and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet high-net-worth walk-ins, understand customer requirements, and guide them through our collections with in-depth product knowledge.
- Explain design aesthetics, purity hallmarks, diamond certification (cut, clarity, carat, color), and pricing breakdowns transparently.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong client diary; conduct personalized follow-ups for bridal seasons, anniversaries, and festive bookings.
- Handle showcase management, product safety,



counter display aesthetics, and morning/evening stock counting.
- Coordinate with the billing and customization counter for bespoke orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of front-line retail sales experience in gold, diamond, or luxury goods.

Language Fluency: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English to comfortably interact with local and cosmopolitan client bases.

Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, interpersonal communication, and active listening skills.

Polished professional grooming, courteous etiquette, and robust integrity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
