Warrgyizmorsch is looking for a results-driven and highly persuasive Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales within the digital marketing industry and a strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Performance Marketing (PPC/Paid Ads), and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and strategic meetings to understand client goals and digital marketing challenges.

• Pitch customized digital marketing solutions covering SEO, SMM, PPC/Paid Ads, and Content Marketing .

- Collaborate with internal strategy and campaign teams to develop effective proposals and SOWs.
- Handle client objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and keep CRM records updated.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a digital marketing agency or digital services company.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of SEO




- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Performance marketing & ROAS
- Digital marketing funnels and lead generation

Sales Skills:

- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain digital marketing solutions in terms of clear business value.

Tools:

Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce , or similar sales and outreach tools.
