Industrial Filters & Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordination Manager to strengthen our Sales and Marketing team.

Position: Sales Coordination Manager

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 3–6 Years

CTC: ₹4–5 LPA

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales coordination and order management process from customer enquiry to order execution and dispatch.
- Prepare and share sales offers, quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Costing and Management for pricing, margins, payment terms and commercial approvals.
- Maintain quotation and offer trackers and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, QA/QC, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Track purchase orders, pending orders, production status and delivery commitments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, production and dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS and management reports.




- Monitor enquiries, quotations, order conversion, pending orders and sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation and ERP/Excel data.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate, BBA, B.Com or MBA preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Quotation Management, Order Management or Customer Coordination.
- Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial products, engineering products, technical textiles or filtration products will be preferred.
- Robust communication and customer coordination skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, reporting and documentation skills.
- ERP or CRM experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and manage multiple priorities.
