Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage emergency medical services (ER) operations in a hospital setting.

- Coordinate with healthcare teams to provide timely patient care during emergencies.

- Develop and implement effective protocols for managing high-pressure situations.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements :

- DNB or MD or MEM equivalent qualification in Emergency Medicine or related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in ER management or similar role.

- Solid understanding of healthcare principles, including triage and treatment procedures.

- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
