Patient Care and Clinical Duties
- Manage complex patient cases with increased independence under a consultant or attending physician.
- Perform advanced clinical procedures, surgeries, or emergency interventions depending on the specialty.
- Coordinate daily clinical workflow, assign tasks, and lead patient care rounds for the medical team.
- Issue formal medical certificates, treatment records, and medico-legal documents.
Supervision and Mentorship
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate junior residents and interns during daily hospital duties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for nursing staff, consultants, and allied health professionals.
