Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual with a deep understanding of the financial services sector, particularly in secured lending. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and expanding the gold loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, risk assessment, and portfolio management to contribute to the bank's mission of providing inclusive financial solutions.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote gold loan products and services.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loan disbursements while ensuring portfolio quality.




- Coordinate with the operations and credit teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of gold loans.
- Monitor and manage the gold loan portfolio to minimize delinquencies and recoveries, implementing proactive measures for risk mitigation.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting gold loan products to advise clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to enhance customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities within the bank’s product suite.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices in gold loan sales and service.
