Job Brief:

- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual with a deep understanding of the financial services sector, particularly in secured lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the gold loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, risk assessment, and market analysis to contribute to the bank's objectives of financial inclusion and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote gold loan products and services.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to ensure the quality and safety of the gold loan portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and customer acquisition plans.




- Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance standards related to gold loan operations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior relationship officers and sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on loan portfolio status, customer feedback, and sales performance for senior management review.
- Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated with the latest industry practices and regulatory changes.
