Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who can drive gold loan portfolio growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge and strong relationship management skills to identify, acquire, and retain high-value clients, contributing significantly to the bank's financial services objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, credit evaluation, and market analysis to optimize loan offerings and enhance customer satisfaction within a competitive financial services setting.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote gold loan products and services.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to ensure the quality and safety of the gold loan portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.




- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to streamline loan processing and ensure timely disbursal.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and tailor loan products accordingly.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to gold loan sanctioning and recovery.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding loan terms, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
- Train and mentor junior relationship officers to enhance team capabilities and achieve collective sales targets.
