2. Immediate Joiner

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through calls, walk-ins, online platforms, referrals, and networking.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property/product options.

Conduct site visits and client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closures and client satisfaction.

Stay updated with North Bangalore market trends, upcoming developments,



competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

### Requirements

Proven experience in sales; Real Estate experience preferred.

Robust knowledge of the North Bangalore real estate market is a key requirement.
