Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic qualified to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual with deep knowledge of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and credit risk assessment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the bank's financial objectives within the competitive financial services industry.

Responsibilities:-





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective gold loan customers to maximize portfolio growth and retention.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality and authenticity of gold collateral, coordinating with internal and external valuers to ensure accurate valuation.
- Drive sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling other financial products offered by the bank.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, loan disbursement, and recovery processes while adhering to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the collections team to monitor overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize non-performing assets.
- Provide expert guidance and training to junior relationship officers and sales staff on gold loan products and customer engagement techniques.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting gold loan products to advise management on strategic adjustments.
- Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, customer feedback,



and market insights for senior management review.
- Represent the bank at community events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and foster trust within the target customer base.
