Matrimony.com is hiring Retail Executives to be part of a team that helps people find lifelong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain Matrimony.coms matchmaking platforms and convert walk-ins into paid customers.
- Brief customers on the products and services offered on Matrimony.com.
- Generate walk-ins and potential leads through referrals and neighborhood outreach.
- Make calls to potential leads and generate walk-ins.
- Provide matchmaking services to existing customers and support their requirements.
- Upsell/double up by providing additional services to existing customers.
- This is a consultative selling role, not a conventional standing retail-sales role.

Requirements

- Education:



Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Good customer interaction and communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads, handle walk-ins and convert customers.
