About the Role

Oaktree Software Solutions is seeking an energetic, results-driven Associate Team Lead – US Recruitment to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of recruiters while managing full-cycle recruitment for our US clients. You will drive sourcing strategies for high-caliber IT and Non-IT talent, optimize team performance, and ensure seamless delivery across all stages of the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing

- Oversee and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions, from requirement intake to post-offer onboarding.
- Build complex Boolean search strings and utilize advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
- Evaluate candidates on technical alignment, communication skills, wage expectations, and US work authorization status.

Client & Candidate Engagement

- Coordinate interview schedules, manage client feedback loops,



and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring pipeline.
- Assist in offer negotiation, visa/tax term alignment, pre-onboarding checks, and onboarding compliance to ensure low drop-off rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience in US Staffing (IT & Non-IT), with prior experience or demonstrated aptitude for team handling/mentorship.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorization types (H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen, GC EAD).
- Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to guide junior recruiters, review submissions, and manage daily recruiter output.
- Technical & Sourcing Mastery: Expertise in Boolean search creation, ATS management, and sourcing passive candidates on niche job portals and professional networks
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills paired with strong candidate persuasion and negotiation skills.
