Sr. Recruitment Specialist – Middle East

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist – Middle East to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC/Middle East markets .

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Middle East recruitment , with a strong understanding of local talent markets, candidate sourcing channels and hiring practices across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Source candidates across UAE, Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency assessment and initial interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage offer discussions and support candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and pipeline reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC .

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven recruitment experience in the Middle East is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience hiring across UAE and Saudi Arabia .
- Good understanding of the Middle East talent market and candidate landscape .
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong candidate engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against recruitment targets and timelines.
