Senior Recruiter - APAC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for our clients in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and engage top talent in the APAC region to meet the client's recruitment requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the APAC region.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment in the APAC region, with a solid network of contacts and relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.




- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and recruitment software.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and recruitment software.
- Experience with recruitment CRM systems, including Bullhorn, Jobvite, or similar.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with social media recruitment, including LinkedIn, Twitter, or similar.
- Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and other team members.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-CP.
- Experience with recruitment marketing, including creating and implementing effective recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
