Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and handle multiple hiring requirements across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage stakeholder communication.
- Handle multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
- Support and guide junior recruiters when required.





Required Skills

- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Positive negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
