Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

The Senior

Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, for a variety of roles across different departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of attracting top talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing various sourcing strategies, leveraging technology, and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and productive hiring.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.





- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall potential.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.

- Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

- Negotiate complex offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and successful candidate acceptance.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

- Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity & inclusion initiatives, recruitment technology implementation, or process improvements.
