Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with solid experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and executing automated test cases and be proficient in manual testing methodologies. The candidate should be familiar with leveraging AI-powered tools to improve test automation efficiency and quality

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Utilize AI-based tools and frameworks to accelerate test case creation, automation script generation, and defect analysis.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback during the development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation frameworks, and QA processes

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Understanding of AI-assisted testing tools and the ability to use AI for automation script generation, test case creation, and quality analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Exposure to performance and security testing is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a mix of Manual and Automation Testing experience.

Key Evaluation Criteria

- Automation framework knowledge and implementation experience.
- Ability to write and maintain automation scripts
- Practical understanding of AI tools for test automation and QA productivity
- Strong manual testing and defect identification skills
- Communication and collaboration abilities
