Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business case analysis, use case validation, product testing, and end-to-end QA processes.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, identifying potential risks, validating business requirements, and collaborating closely with Product, Business Analysis, Development, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing of software products and applications.
- Analyze business requirements, business cases, use cases, and functional specifications to define comprehensive test scenarios.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Validate product functionality against business and user requirements.
- Identify functional gaps, edge cases, usability issues, and potential product risks.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Review requirements and provide QA inputs from a product and user perspective.
- Perform root-cause analysis of defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Maintain detailed defect reports, test documentation, and QA reports.
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, grooming, and product discussions.




- Ensure adequate test coverage across different business flows and use cases.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvement where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software QA/Testing.
- Strong experience in product-based testing and end-to-end QA.
- Excellent understanding of business cases, use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business workflows.
- Hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and regression testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, or similar QA/project management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently identify gaps and think from both a business and end-user perspective.

Preferred
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to API testing and database validation.
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks is an added advantage.
- Experience in SaaS, IT products, or technology-driven environments.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
