Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Chemist to join our team at Indus Cosmeceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our cosmetic products through rigorous testing and analysis.
This role requires a deep understanding of chemical properties, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance in the cosmetics industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products
- Develop and validate analytical methods for product testing
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with R&D; to improve product formulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of test results
- Train and mentor junior chemists in quality control procedures
- Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
