We're Hiring: Senior QA Engineer | Noida | 4-8 Years Experience

Are you passionate about quality, automation, and delivering robust software solutions? We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team in Noida and help build scalable, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, prepare, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules




- Design and conduct manual and automated testing using programming languages and automation frameworks
- Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Report, track, and drive resolution of defects through closure
- Perform regression and ad-hoc testing based on product changes
- Ensure all requirements are fully covered by test cases
- Contribute to and validate project documentation, including configurations and user guides
- Design, implement, and execute complex test scenarios and module-level testing
- Conduct test reviews and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders during workshops and project discussions
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers

What We're Looking For

- 4-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation and scripting/programming
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development environments
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, defect management, and quality processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor team members and drive QA best practices
- STQC Certification
