- Identify and onboard reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Manage relationships with Chinese suppliers, ensuring clarity on technical specs and lead times.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and annual contracts to maximize margins.
- Execute the full Purchase Order (PO) process, from requisition to payment.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Customs House Agents (CHA) for international shipments.
- Ensure all imported materials comply with quality standards and certifications (e.g., Prop65).
- Collaborate with production on teams to forecast material requirements.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid production downtime without overstocking.
- Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations (e.g., fabric/polymer prices)
- Maintain accurate records of Import/Export documenta on (HBL, CI, PL, HS Codes).
- Reconcile purchase invoices with accounts and ensure timely supplier payments.
