Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, MBA,Project

Management, Public Policy, Technology or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification would be an advantage.

Experience: 10–12 years of experience in programme/project management, preferably in healthcare, public health, government or large-scale technology-enabled programmes. Experience managing large, multi-location, multi-stakeholder projects. Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines and deliverables.

Role Purpose The Senior Project Manager will provide overall programme/project management leadership, ensuring that programme objectives, timelines, deliverables and quality standards are achieved. The role will coordinate across business, clinical, technology, field and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the programme.
- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.




- Monitor project performance against agreed objectives.
- Coordinate across technology, operations, public health and stakeholder teams.
- Manage project risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Lead project review meetings and governance forums.
- Track KPIs, deliverables and resource utilisation.
- Ensure timely submission of programme reports and deliverables.
- Manage client/government expectations in coordination with stakeholder teams.
- Identify implementation bottlenecks and drive corrective action.
- Ensure adherence to quality and contractual requirements.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams.
- Support programme leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
