Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day PR for celebrities, talent and entertainment clients/projects.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to build visibility and positioning for talent and entertainment brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment journalists, editors, publications, digital media and industry contacts.
- Drive media outreach and secure relevant interviews, features, profiles, appearances and other editorial opportunities.
- Identify timely news hooks, trends and opportunities to generate visibility for clients.
- Work closely with celebrities/talent, their teams, clients and internal teams to execute PR plans effectively.
- Handle media queries, interview requests and coordinate media interactions.
- Support and execute entertainment-led campaigns, launches, events and on-ground activations.
- Draft and pitch press releases, media notes, interview pitches and other PR communication.
- Monitor coverage and prepare regular reports and campaign updates.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to PR strategy and campaign ideation.
- Manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setting.




- Work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in PR & Communications, preferably within a PR agency.
- Strong experience in Celebrity is essential.
- Experience working on Entertainment PR / entertainment-led brand mandates is essential.
- Strong existing relationships with entertainment and lifestyle media.
- Good understanding of the celebrity, entertainment and digital media landscape.
- Strong media pitching, storytelling and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple accounts and manage tight deadlines.
- Good ideation skills with the ability to identify interesting PR opportunities.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site from our Mumbai office.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
