KineticHub Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Sea & Air Freight Pricing and customer quotations
- Source and negotiate competitive rates from Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Airlines & Consolidators
- Negotiate freight rates, free days, surcharges and local charges
- Coordinate with CHAs, Transporters and logistics vendors for competitive rates
- Prepare accurate and commercially viable customer quotations
- Obtain and coordinate with overseas agents and logistics partners to secure competitive end-to-end pricing for international shipments, including origin, freight, destination, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery.
- Develop and maintain a reliable network of overseas agents and vendors across key international trade lanes.
- Compare carriers, routing options and service costs
- Maintain updated freight rates and vendor databases




- Build and maintain robust relationships with logistics service providers
- Support Business Development and customer acquisition
- Monitor market rates and identify opportunities to improve pricing and margins
- Handle urgent and time-sensitive pricing requirements efficiently

Location: Kochi, Kerala Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
