The Project Head Plumbing & Fire Fighting will be responsible for leading and managing complete MEP activities, with a primary focus on Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for large residential and high-rise multi-storey building projects. The role includes end-to-end project execution, billing, coordination, quality control, and team leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage MEP works with primary responsibility for Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems • Plan, execute, and monitor plumbing and fire fighting works for high-rise residential projects • Prepare, verify, and certify RA bills, final bills, and variation bills • Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, and client representatives • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and standards • Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material planning • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations • Handle inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover • Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution challenges
