About the Role

We are growing quick! Intuitive.ai is looking for an experienced Senior PMO to join our Innovation Lab and work closely with our Product, Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Leadership teams.

This is a hands-on product engineering PMO role for someone who understands how technology products are built and delivered. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a product development company, managing engineering execution, Agile processes, delivery planning, product coordination, testing, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and execution skills, with the ability to bring structure, visibility, and accountability across multiple product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Engineering & Delivery

- Drive day-to-day execution across Innovation Lab product engineering teams.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and other technical teams.




- Demo preparation for customer with engineering team.
- Track product releases, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify delivery blockers and drive them to closure.
- Maintain clear visibility of overall product and engineering progress.

Product Management Support

- Work closely with Product Managers, architects, practice leader, director and Engineering Leads on product planning and execution.
- Support backlog prioritization, release planning, sprint planning, and roadmap tracking.
- Translate product priorities into actionable engineering deliverables.
- Track features, user stories, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Support product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and release communications.

Agile & Azure DevOps

- Establish and drive Agile/Scrum practices across product teams.
- Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, backlogs, epics, features, user stories, sprints, and dashboards.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, backlog health, and release milestones.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily execution tracking, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Establish consistent engineering and delivery processes across teams.

QA & Test Management

- Coordinate closely with QA/Test Leads and engineering teams.
- Track test planning, execution, defects, regression testing, and release readiness.
- Ensure appropriate testing is completed before production releases.
- Track critical defects, dependencies, and quality risks.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of the testing process.

Reporting & Governance

- Prepare concise and actionable weekly/monthly engineering and product reports.




- Provide leadership visibility into:
- Delivery progress
- Product roadmap
- Sprint status
- Release readiness
- Dependencies
- Blockers
- Defects
- Resource needs
- Maintain delivery dashboards using Azure DevOps and other reporting tools.
- Establish a predictable communication and escalation process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, AI Leads, DevOps, QA, Architects, and Leadership.
- Coordinate distributed teams and ensure effective collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Support hiring, onboarding, team coordination, and resource planning when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in PMO, Product Delivery, Program Management, Engineering Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong experience working with product engineering/development organizations.
- Experience managing software product development and multiple engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience managing backlogs, sprints, releases, dashboards, and engineering metrics.
- Valuable understanding of software development, QA/testing, DevOps, and cloud delivery processes.
- Experience working with QA/Test teams and managing release readiness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with AI/GenAI, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software products.
- Experience working with distributed/global engineering teams.
- Experience supporting Product Managers and Engineering Leaders.
- Experience with Azure DevOps reporting and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus.
- Technical background in software engineering, QA, DevOps, or product development is a plus.
