Role Description The Senior PHP Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghanshyampur. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end functionality for web applications using PHP and related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include implementing scalable server-side logic, integrating front-end elements with server-side code, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The role involves collaborating with front-end developers, participating in code reviews, and ensuring secure, maintainable,



and well-documented solutions. The Senior PHP Developer will also contribute to software architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and support continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Back-End Web Development skills with PHP and related frameworks; experience designing APIs and integrating databases.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to create clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Competence in Front-End Development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively integrate and support user interfaces.
- Proven Software Development and Programming skills, including debugging, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in leading projects or mentoring developers in a team environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and responsive web application design.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ghanshyampur.
