Senior Operations Manager – Restaurants

Experience: 5- 7+ years | Industry: Restaurant / Hospitality

We are a 25-year-old established restaurant company operating across Fast Food, Casual Dining & Fine Dining, and are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our existing outlets and upcoming expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Take complete responsibility for new outlet openings, from pre-opening to launch and stabilization.
- Plan manpower and lead recruitment of managers, chefs, service and support staff.
- Build, train and manage high-performing restaurant teams.
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, hygiene and customer experience.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, operational standards and training programs.
- Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage and profitability.
- Conduct regular outlet visits,



audits and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, procurement, finance, marketing and project teams for smooth operations.
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.

Candidate Profile
- 5 to 7+ years of relevant restaurant operations experience.
- Proven experience in multi-outlet operations and new restaurant openings.
- Robust recruitment, team-building and leadership skills.
- Experience with restaurant P&L;, cost control and operational KPIs.
- Hands-on, energetic and willing to travel between outlets.
- Experience across QSR, casual dining or fine dining is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
