- Responsible to follow up all samples category from sewing line.

- Regular cross-check with HO files to ensure alignment of information.

- Ensure samples and files to be send to Corporate and update the team accordingly.

- Creating Memo for final pattern to release to all concerned.

- Responsible for sending & receiving trims for dyeing to outsourcing team.

- Ensure distribution of RED SEAL Samples to all concern Units.

Inventory Information

- Track & maintain raw material stock level.

- Organize raw material storage product category wise

- Efficiency report of sewing.

- Sampling Status reports.





- Indent sample reports.

- Range review sample report.

- Red Seal sample report.

- Photo shoot sample report.

- Cost & Fabric consumption report.
