- Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in legacy and modern Web technologies to maintain, optimize, and evolve our core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working on data-heavy, business-critical modules including Academics, Examinations, Payroll, HR, and Financial Accounting.

You will take full technical ownership of our .NET 4.5 web application, managing complex database operations in Microsoft SQL Server, configuring and troubleshooting IIS hosting environments, and driving CI/CD automation using Git.

- Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize core ERP modules:
- Academics
- Examination Processing
- HR
- Automated Payroll
- Financial Accounts
- Maintain and enhance existing legacy code built on .NET Framework 4.5 (ASP.NET Web Forms / MVC) using C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues, fix legacy bugs, and re-engineer inefficient legacy workflows to improve performance and user experience.

Database Engineering & Performance Tuning
- Write, optimize, and debug complex T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, User-Defined Functions (UDFs), Views, Triggers, and Indexes in MS SQL Server.
- Perform database query optimization, execution plan analysis, and database tuning to handle massive transactional datasets, such as student grade processing and bulk payroll runs.

Server Management & Hosting
- Manage on-premises or cloud IIS (Internet Information Services) web server administration, including:
- Site deployment
- App pool configuration
- SSL certificate management
- Performance diagnostics
- Diagnose deployment, memory leakage, or server bottleneck issues across environments.

DevOps, Version Control & Best Practices
- Establish and maintain Git branching strategies, code reviews,



and versioning standards.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for reliable automated deployments.
- Write detailed technical documentation, architectural diagrams, API specifications, and deployment runbooks.

- Server Infrastructure: Deep working knowledge of IIS deployment workflows and server troubleshooting tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to produce clear technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders.

5. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with .NET modernization or legacy system migration (.NET 4.5 to .NET Core / .NET 8+).
