? We're Hiring: Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We're looking for a highly creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer with proven experience in the Real Estate industry to create compelling visual content for luxury residential and commercial projects. If you're passionate about storytelling through design and can deliver impactful creatives across digital and offline platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and real estate walkthroughs.
- Design social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, newspaper ads, project branding, and all marketing collateral.
- Produce engaging reels, campaign videos, corporate films, testimonials, launch videos, and promotional content.
- Develop creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle both online and offline branding requirements for multiple real estate projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI creative tools, and motion graphics techniques.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum 2–3 years in the Real Estate industry (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent skills in motion graphics, video editing, animation, graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing digital marketing creatives, print materials, branding assets, and event collateral.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Figma and AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements
- ✔ Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing real estate campaigns, motion graphics, video editing, branding, and digital creatives.
- ✔ Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
