KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MIS, DASHBOARDS & ANALYTICS

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.
- Build and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards.
- Track revenue, GP, margin, pipeline, quote conversion, new customers, retention, DSO, branch and salesperson performance.
- Analyze target vs. actual, trends, profitability and performance gaps.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data quality.

REPORTING & EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

- Prepare CCO, CEO, management and board-review reports.
- Develop branch, customer, trade-lane, product and vertical-level analysis.
- Create customer-facing KPI, SLA and business-review reports.
- Convert data into concise executive summaries and presentations.
- Coordinate with Sales, KAM, OND, Operations and Finance for timely inputs.

QUALIFICATION & TECHNICAL SKILLS

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years in MIS, business analytics,



commercial reporting or management reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Advanced Excel: Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, dashboards and data modelling.
- Power BI and PowerPoint required.
- SQL, VBA/Macros, Power Automate, CRM and ERP reporting are advantageous.
- Understanding of OPEX analysis, cost control, operational efficiency and process-improvement reporting.
