Modeling and knowledge of advanced excel tools

- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to aid decision-making for projects, operations, and sales in real estate and engineering.

- Develop custom reports for specific departmental needs, including project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Accounting Background (Accounting Degree)

- Real estate experience and MIS experience preferred.

- Identify areas of improvement in business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.





- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in MIS roles, preferably in real estate or engineering industries.

- Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and real estate/engineering software.

- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems commonly used in real estate and engineering industries.

- Knowledge of MS excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Advanced excel modelling techniques. SAP and Sales Force Knowledge.
