Balance Nutrition is a clinical disorder management and reversal company using a structured 360° approach combining diet, lifestyle, behavioural management and targeted dietary supplements.

We work with clients managing metabolic and hormonal conditions including Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOS, Cholesterol and other lifestyle-related conditions.

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Representative to develop and scale our medical partnerships with doctors, hospitals and private OPD clinics across Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, hospitals and private clinics.
- Develop medical referral and partnership networks.
- Regularly meet and engage with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians and Women’s Health specialists.
- Identify and onboard new doctors, clinics and hospital partnerships.
- Represent Balance Nutrition and communicate our clinical approach and services professionally.




- Generate partnership and referral opportunities through field visits and relationship management.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Medical Sales Executive, Healthcare Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Existing and established network of doctors, private hospitals and OPD clinics is essential.
- Strong connections with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians and Women’s Health specialists will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with strong local medical networks will be given preference.
