We are seeking an exceptional Medical Recruiter to power the rapid expansion of a premier, fast-growing healthcare organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring for Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health Staff to fill critical clinical vacancies rapidly.
- Pipeline & Headhunting: Build and leverage a strong candidate network across top hospital chains and medical institutions pan-India.
- Credentialing & Screening: Conduct rigorous evaluations checking clinical qualifications, council registrations (MCI/NMC/Nursing Councils), and specialized experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Medical Directors, Clinical HODs, and Nursing Superintendents to align on priorities and expedite hiring.
- Offer Closing: Manage salary negotiations,



notice period buyouts, and joining logistics to ensure high offer-to-joining ratios.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8+ years in healthcare recruitment with mandatory experience hiring Doctors & Nurses (Hospital or Healthcare Staffing Agency background).
- Network: Robust candidate pool across Mumbai and major Indian healthcare networks.
- Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of medical specialties, council licenses, and clinical hiring standards.
- Execution: Fast-paced recruiter with a proven track record of closing high-priority clinical roles with speed and rigor.
- Location: Mumbai-based.
