Responsible for end-to-end management of projects/programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Plays a key role in strengthening project management practices and contributing to organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and allocate resources for projects/programs
- Drive execution to achieve on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery
- Manage risks, issues, compliance, and escalations
- Lead cross-functional coordination and resolve conflicts
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on roles, timelines, and expectations
- Implement and promote project management best practices
- Capture learnings and drive continuous improvement
- Support teams with guidance, reporting, and performance tracking
- Provide mentoring/training to project managers when required
Candidate Profile:
- 10–12+ years of experience in project/program management
- Solid experience in people/team handling
- Background in Automotive industry preferred
- Certified in PMP/PgMP (preferred)
- Proven expertise in project lifecycle management, resource planning, and business case evaluation
