Amity University Kolkata is looking for agile and experienced professionals to join its Placement & Corporate Relations team and drive industry engagement, student employability, corporate partnerships, and campus recruitment initiatives.

Position: Senior Manager – Placement

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:-

-Lead the university's overall Placement & Corporate Relations strategy.

-Manage end-to-end campus placement and recruitment activities.

-Build and strengthen relationships with MNCs, corporates, start-ups and industry leaders.

-Drive campus placements, internships, PPOs and industry projects.

-Facilitate student training in Aptitude, GD, PI, Communication, Resume Building & Corporate Etiquette.

-Develop and execute student employability and career-readiness programs.





-Lead the Placement & Training team and establish measurable KPIs and performance benchmarks.

-Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, workshops, industry interactions and leadership sessions.

-Monitor placement analytics, recruiter engagement and placement outcomes.

Strengthen long-term corporate partnerships and expand the university's recruiter network.
