Designation: Senior Manager - Non-Litigation - Real Estate Transaction

Location: Delhi

Expereince: 5-8 years

Education: LLB/LLM

Role & Responsibilities:

-Perform thorough legal due diligence on construction and real estate financing proposals in Delhi, Haryana, and the surrounding NCR area.

-To detect legal hazards and suggest suitable mitigants, review and evaluate title documents, ownership records, revenue records, approvals, licenses, development rights, and project-related data.

-Draft, examine, negotiate, and analyze loan agreements, mortgage documents, security documents, escrow agreements, assignment agreements, guaranties, indemnities, and other legal documents pertaining to financing.

-Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, RERA, Companies Act, SARFAESI Act,



Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Contract Act, Delhi and Haryana land laws, revenue laws, and other real estate regulatory requirements.

-Assist in resolving legal and documentation concerns that may come up during the stages of sanction, pre-disbursement, disbursement, security creation, and post-disbursement monitoring.

-Throughout the loan lifetime, review and keep an eye on adherence to lending terms, escrow procedures, project approvals, title requirements, and legal covenants.
